Individual music tuition
I have been teaching individual students for more than 20 years. Over that time, I have developed an appreciation that students learn best when they are are able to follow ideas that are of interest to them.
I do not use traditional piano tutor books, instead working with the student to write and arrange songs of their choosing. This enables me to gradually stretch their developing ability in a creative and enjoyable way.
My music lessons combine developing a student's technical ability on their instrument alongside cultivating their creative skills to compose their own music.
