Creative music education
I believe that music education should be fun and creative, led by the interests of the individual.
Creative music education is about providing the opportunity to be inquisitive, imaginative and collaborative, whilst developing technical skills.
My approach helps grow self-confidence and a life-long love of music through singing, playing instruments and composing.
I want everyone I work with to find an enjoyment in music and feel a great sense of achievement in their efforts.
Teaching in schools
I work with students from Reception to GCSE, developing and delivering lessons tailored to meet the needs and priorities within your school.
Individual music tuition
My music lessons combine developing a student's technical skills on their instrument alongside cultivating creative skills to compose their own music.
Musical direction of choirs
I am musical director for a range of choirs, working with members to develop a programme that fits their interests and skills. I use a mix of my own compositions, arrangements, plus commercial pieces.
